Do not be fooled as grief can occur in many different shapes, sizes, and losses, such as death of a loved one, friendships, loss of pets, employment, divorce, security etc. Grief is an encapsulated feeling that can cause confusion, loneliness, sadness, and even anger. Grief therapy is a safe place to express and share all of the different facets involved  in order to process and mourn.

Grief is not a lonely venture and therefore you can expect to have a safe space to feel and express all of the emotions and thoughts in a non-judemental and safe space dedicated only to you.

  • Individual Therapy

  • Family Grief Therapy and Support

    • Discuss independent and shared emotions, realistic expectations in anticipation or following loss, identifying roles, and exploring change in family dynamics

    • Psychoeducation on how to utilize remembrance of loved ones and how to maintain continuing bonds
